Mobile Offline

It would be great if the mobile app can work 100% offline. Sending the data to the web app can then take place when the app phone is online again

External data comparison

We need the ability to import an excel file and then compare it data in the database and then generate an output based on the data. This is not an import. Should be able to have a process for this instead of a fixed method.
